Subscriber Agreement

Effective date: October 21, 2026

This Subscriber Agreement applies when a person authorized to act for an organization buys a paid GAMA subscription from Turfgrass Technologies, the trade name used by a Florida sole proprietor operating turfgrass.io. It supplements the Terms of Service.

Before payment, the final Stripe Checkout screen shows the selected plan, price, and any applicable tax. The first charge is due when you complete checkout, including during a free trial; the selected plan then renews monthly or annually until canceled. Your Stripe transaction record and billing portal provide payment and subscription details. Review the final amount and plan before paying. If they differ from what you expect, do not complete checkout and contact support@turfgrass.io.

1. What the free trial does

A new eligible organization may receive a 14-day trial without entering a payment card. The trial ends without an automatic charge or automatic paid subscription. If no one buys a paid plan, paid features may become unavailable when the trial expires.

If you buy a paid plan during the 14-day trial, the paid subscription begins and the first charge occurs when you complete Stripe Checkout. The remaining free-trial time ends and is not credited toward the paid period. There is no second free trial attached to that purchase.

2. Plan, price, and taxes

The currently offered all-inclusive GAMA membership is US $49.99 per month or US $499.99 per year. These posted prices are subject to change for future purchases. Both billing intervals include the same current feature set for one organization; no separate paid add-ons are currently offered. The annual amount is charged once per year, not monthly installments. The price and any tax actually shown in the final checkout summary control that purchase. We will not add a fee or product you did not choose. Changes to an existing subscription's renewal price follow Section 6.

Future plans or promotional offers may have different terms only if clearly presented and affirmatively accepted at checkout. Taxes are handled according to applicable law. If we collect tax on a purchase, it will appear in the final checkout amount before you place the order.

3. Payment authorization and automatic renewal

By affirmatively accepting this Agreement and completing Stripe Checkout, you authorize the initial charge shown there and recurring charges for the selected monthly or annual plan, including applicable tax, until the subscription is canceled. The first payment is due at checkout, including when you buy during a free trial. The monthly plan renews about each month and the annual plan about each year on the billing date shown in your receipt or billing portal.

You must have authority to bind the organization and use its payment method. Keep billing details current. Stripe handles payment card information; we receive subscription and transaction information rather than full card numbers. A failed payment may be retried under the original authorization and may lead to loss of paid access after notice. It is not a new purchase authorization.

4. How to cancel

The authorized billing owner may stop automatic renewal at any time from Billing & Subscription by choosing Manage billing or Open billing portal and completing cancellation in the Stripe portal. If you cannot access the portal, email support@turfgrass.io from the billing account or provide enough information for us to authenticate the request. We will not require a retention call or charge a cancellation fee.

A cancellation request received before the next renewal stops future renewals. Paid features ordinarily remain available through the period already paid for; the billing portal or confirmation shows the effective date. We will confirm cancellation in a retainable message. Removing a user, deleting an app login, or stopping use does not itself cancel the organization's subscription.

5. Refunds and erroneous charges

Fees for a billing period that has begun are generally nonrefundable, and cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund. This does not limit a refund required by law, a more favorable written offer shown at checkout, a remedy for an erroneous charge, or the unused-period refund described in the Terms if we permanently discontinue or terminate the paid Service without cause. Contact support@turfgrass.io promptly about a charge you believe is wrong.

6. Changes to price or plan

We will not change your billing interval, add paid items, or charge a higher renewal price without the advance notice and any additional consent, cancellation opportunity, or refund right required by applicable law. A changed price applies no earlier than a future renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price would take effect. We may change available features under the Terms of Service, subject to any remedy required by law or those Terms.

7. Receipts and notices

We will provide or make available a retainable purchase acknowledgment containing the renewal and cancellation terms. Receipts, material billing notices, renewal reminders required by law, and cancellation confirmations may be sent to the billing email on file. Keep it current and check your billing portal for the next renewal date. Marketing emails are separate from transaction and account notices.

8. Order of documents and contact

The final checkout order controls the amount, tax, plan, and first charge shown for that transaction. This Agreement governs renewal, cancellation, and payment; the Terms of Service govern account and product use. Nothing here waives rights that applicable law makes nonwaivable. For billing questions or legal notices, email support@turfgrass.io or write to Turfgrass Technologies, PO Box 89, Palm City, FL 34990.
